Workshop participants watched a segment from Girls Rising about Suma, a Kumlari/child slave in Nepal and the efforts of those advocating for change to benefit her and those like her. They engaged in exercises designed to help them explore the meaning of power and human rights and were given supplies to create images connected to their reflections on this social justice issue.
